In the Buffalo and Western New York real estate market, Ellen Krzemien is a renowned expert in preparing homes for sale and redesigning spaces for overall comfort and appeal.  She is known among colleagues and clients alike for her professionalism, integrity, and loyalty.  She is a seasoned professional with an intimate knowledge of the Home Staging industry.

As the mother of two, Ellen has been active in the Springville, NY school system for many years. A firm believer that a fulfilling career should be balanced with volunteering and giving back, she is a strong advocate of several charitable organizations. She is currently a member of the non-profit, International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP), served on the board of directors of the Ronald McDonald House, volunteered at The Haven House – the local domestic violence shelter for women and children, participates in various annual Galas, and will continue to offer her services to projects through the United Way.

How I Work

I limit my clientele to people that are 100% committed to getting their home ready to sell.  Meaning – you must be ready to pack clutter early, address odors, and have an open mind to the staging process. I encourage you to embrace the experience and expertise of a Staging Professional and realize that the goal of all parties involved is the same: to sell the house in the shortest amount of time for the most money possible.
